Bettina Hermann studied biology at the Technical University of Munich (1995), where she obtained her PhD in 1998.

Bettina is skilled in the fields of pharmaceuticals, molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, and medical technology. She has experience in defending patents and utility models before the European Patent Office, the German Patent and Trademark Office, and the German Patent Court. Bettina is also experienced in handling infringement cases before the German District Court and in the filing of supplementary protection certificates (SPCs).

Bettina heads the VEREENIGDE branch office in Munich.
