Denys Bertels studied civil law (1995) at Leiden University, specializing in intellectual property law. She has considerable experience looking after the interests of not only small and medium size corporations but also of multinational corporations. Denys is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM), the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA), the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) and the Netherlands Association of Food Law (NVLR).
