Jean Winckels studied mechanical engineering (1971) at Eindhoven University of Technology and civil law ((1978) at Leyden University. His general expertise lies in the fields of mechanical, constructional and civil engineering. Jean's specialisms are central heating systems, building-ventilating systems, packaging, off-shore installations, hygienic apparatus, concrete constructions and high-precision constructions.
