Jenny Cromsigt studied biochemistry (1996) at the Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2001 she obtained her PhD at the University of Umeå, Sweden in the field of biophysical chemistry. Jenny has wide experience in the drafting and defending of patents and in opposition proceedings as well as oral proceedings at the European patent office. In addition, she has experience in the preparation of opinions on patent validity and infringement (freedom-to-operate). Her specialties are chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology and food technology.
