IP assessment

In companies, intellectual property rights such as trademarks, designs, patents and know-how, more and more often play a key role in the assessment of the market position. In the case of a take-over or merger of a company, a team of, for instance, a patent attorney, a trademark and design attorney and an attorney-at-law of VEREENIGDE can map the intellectual property position of the company. Due to this bundling of specialisms, a so-called IP audit can be effected, which, in co-operation with for instance a tax consultant and/or an accountant, could subsequently lead to a total IP assessment.
