Nick Oostenbroek studied civil law (1983) at Leiden University, specializing in corporate law.
Nick, inter alia, offers support to VEREENIGDE’s IP clients, for instance in the realization of various agreements, including licence agreements and the regular civil agreements. In addition, he is regularly involved in so-called legal scans, i.e. reviewing different sorts of agreements within a company, in connection with each other, to support the inhouse contract management.
Nick is also involved in the construction and guidance of collecting processes for larger enterprises and organisations.
Nick is member of the China Desk of VEREENIGDE.
