Having nearly 60 professionals and seven offices, VEREENIGDE is the largest firm of patent and trademark attorneys in The Netherlands, and a leading firm in Europe. Experienced professionals
Our professionals include European, Dutch and German patent attorneys; European, Benelux and German trademark and design attorneys, and Dutch and US attorneys-at-law. European patent attorneys are entitled to represent clients before the European Patent Office, which has a branch office in The Hague. Dutch patent attorneys are entitled to represent clients before the Dutch Patent Office and have the right to plead before Dutch courts of law in patent disputes, for which the courts in The Hague have exclusive jurisdiction. German patent attorneys represent clients in patent, utility model, and trademark cases before the German Patent and Trademark Office, in patent, utility model and trademark cases before the German Federal Patent Court, in nullity appeal proceedings before the German Federal Supreme Court and, as co-counsel with an attorney-at-law, in patent litigation cases before German District Courts. Trademark and design attorneys are further entitled to represent clients before the Benelux Trademark Office in The Hague (where designs can also be registered) and before the European Community Trade Marks Office (O.H.I.M.)

The court in The Hague, where all Dutch litigation in patent disputes is centralized, and the Benelux Trademark Office are in close proximity of our main office. Our Munich Office is also close to the German Patent and Trademark Office, the German Federal Patent Court, and to District Courts dealing with patent litigation cases.
