Xandra Kouwenaar is specialized in Benelux and EU trademark law and practice and has a wide experience in filing and prosecuting trademark and design applications worldwide. The main objective is to build a strong and strategic trademark and/or design portfolio, where appropriate in consultation with the patent attorney, in order to strengthen the overall IP position of clients while keeping the costs within justifiable limits.
Xandra is an active member of the Benelux Association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM), inter alia has been president of the Examination Committee and member of the Council and serves on committees of the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA) and the International Trademark Association (INTA). |
